Oven Tapioca Pizza Recipe

It's hard to find someone who doesn't like pizza, a unique dish with several flavor possibilities. And we often resort to delivery when that urge to eat hits. But it doesn't always have to be that way.

With this tapioca pizza in the oven, with little work and time you will have a delicious homemade pizza. And still gluten free! The preparation is really fast: in just 15 minutes your low carb tapioca pizza will be ready to delight at lunch, dinner or snack time.

Ingredients for making tapioca pizza in the oven:

 1 cup tapioca gum

 300 grams of mozzarella cheese

 1 tomato

 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce

 1 pinch of oregano

 1 handful of basil

 1 teaspoon of oil

How to make tapioca pizza in the oven:

Sprinkle the tapioca directly onto the pizza pan and simmer for about 1 minute (until the beans begin to come together).

Tip: You can make several tapioca discs in the skillet and transfer them to the pizza pan.

Turn off the heat, wait for the dough to cool and cover with tomato sauce. If you prefer, you can prepare your own tomato sauce for pizza.

Then add the filling. In this case, mozzarella, basil tomatoes, oregano and olive oil.

Tip: Use the stuffing of your choice, such as tuna, chicken, pepperoni... look for what's left in the fridge and use your creativity!

Place your tapioca pizza in a pre-heated oven at 200ÂșC for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts, and it's ready to serve!
